In-Home Care

We provide one-on-one assistance and attention to your loved one for as many hours as you need. A trained in-home nurse aide comes to your home to help you with whatever you need, from house cleaning and cooking to helping you take a bath or shower.

Nurse Aide Task Examples

Our current nurse aides help their clients by: 

  • Doing laundry
  • Ironing
  • Cooking
  • Baking
  • Mopping
  • Sweeping
  • Dusting
  • Combing hair
  • Running errands (including to get medicine and food)
  • Assisting with showers or baths

Your nurse aide can also do fun activities with you like playing games, doing your nails, and going out with you. 

Who is my nurse aide?

If you know a friend or family member interested in helping you as a nurse aide, we will pay them $10/hour to care for you. If you do not have someone in mind, we will match you with a trained nurse aide.

Specialized Post-Surgical Assistance Service

We provide you an in-home nurse aide so you can have a stress-free recovery. Our trained staff comes to your home to help you live comfortably after surgery. Your nurse aide will assist you with whatever you need, and ensure you are able to follow your doctor’s orders for a full and speedy recovery.

Specialized Veterans Assistance Service

Through the VetAssist (VA) program, we provide you an in-home nurse aide for as many hours as you need. You, your spouse, or both of you can receive this in-home care assistance. Call us at 314-833-5544, contact us, or visit the VetAssist website to check if you qualify.

Our Temporary Housing and Care Services

Temporary Housing and Care

You can rent our home on 6335 Ridge Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63133 for up to 3 months. You will have individual attention from a nurse aide 24/7 while in our temporary housing unit. During this time, we will also help you find a long-term home situation so you can continue to receive personal in-home care once those 3 months end.

Specialized Mental Health Care Service

Individuals diagnosed with Bipolar Syndrome, Down Syndrome, Depression, PTSD, and OCD are eligible for our temporary housing and 24/7 care. We can be your intermediate home while we help you look for a permanent place for your loved one to stay.


There are 4 individual bedrooms for rent, and 2 bathrooms in the mental health home. We provide breakfast and dinner every day. We also organize optional in-building activities, and we have a weekly van trip to Walmart to help you shop for things you need and want.


Each of the housing units include: 

  • A full size bed
  • A dresser
  • A flat-screen TV with cable, and 
  • A common living space.

Specialized Veterans Assistance Service

Our housing unit is specifically for St. Louis veterans to receive high-quality and personal in-home care. Any qualified veteran can live in one of our 5 temporary veterans housing units, alone or with your spouse. You and your spouse can both receive benefits and personal care if you are in need of assistance. 


There are 2 bathrooms in the 5 bedroom veterans home. We also organize optional in-building activities with other veterans, and we have a weekly van trip to Walmart to help you shop for things you need and want.
